How they fit together
Objectives, not motors. AI Ace Team decides what should be accomplished and under what business constraints. Swarmonic SI alone owns robot-level execution and safety. Vermarco settles and attests only where work crosses an ownership, authority or payment boundary.
- AI Ace Team hands a plan to Vermarco the moment it crosses an ownership, authority or money boundary. Vermarco issues the Deal and the authority grant.
- AI Ace Team states objectives and constraints; Swarmonic SI decides how robots carry them out and returns verified outcomes so the next plan is better.
- Emergency stop and local safety are never commerce-gated and never discovery-gated.
- Payment goes only to the beneficiary named in an authenticated, Deal-bound settlement instruction. Vermarco is the rail, not the default payee. This hub is never a payee.
